Refund Policy

Reflection should never feel like a trap. Cancelling is always one click, and refunds are handled fairly.

Cancelling

You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time from your billing page. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing renews after that.

Refund window

If you were charged in the last fourteen days and have barely used the platform, contact us through the support page and we will refund that charge.

Yearly plans

Yearly plans follow the same fourteen day window from the date of the charge. After that the plan continues until its end date and then stops if cancelled.

Accidental or duplicate charges

Duplicate or clearly accidental charges are refunded in full whenever they happen. Just tell us the date of the charge.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned through our payment provider to the original payment method, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

Requesting a refund

Use the support page with the email on your account and the approximate charge date. A reason is welcome but never required.
